“Three visions from the Upper State” is an audiovisual interactive performance, presented at Festival Aperto at Teatro Valli in Reggio Emilia. It’s a live performance where electronic music and generative visuals merge into a single responsive system. As the music is performed live, the audiovisual environment reacts in real time. The artist manipulates parameters of the particle system using hand movements, shaping and directing the evolving visuals. Acting almost like an orchestra conductor, the performer guides the behavior, rhythm, and flow of the visual elements, creating a dynamic dialogue between sound, gesture, and image.
